Flux Farm is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, independent research and education foundation incorporated with the State of Colorado as a private charitable organization.   
                                                                             
To fulfill our mission, Flux Farm brings together qualified parties from academia, private industry, non-profit, and local government to strategically pursue the development of biochar, bioenergy, renewable energy, and carbon sequestration in the Intermountain West.
